-Perform ETL on data collected from 7 branch offices in East and North Kalimantan using Pentaho Data Integration.

-The ETL results are inserted into the MySQL Database

Estentification and Assessment Registration Division

-Developed a web scraping script to collect property listing data from the OLX website, specifically targeting East and North Kalimantan regions.

-Compiled and structured property price data to serve as a market reference for estimating the Tax Object Sale Value Nilai Jual Objek Pajak (NJOP)

-Enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of tax object valuation by leveraging real-time market data for faster and more data-driven decision-making

Public Relations

-Provided front-line assistance to the public in filing Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan), ensuring clear guidance and compliance with reporting procedures.

-Acted as host and moderator for several Instagram Live sessions organized by the office, discussing various tax-related topics to increase public awareness and engagement.
